In addition to training, children&#8217;s birthday parties can be held in the club&#8217;s halls.<\/p>\n<h2>The challenge<\/h2>\n<p>Birthday bookings were handled by email and phone: finding a free slot, agreeing on extra services and the price, and checking prepayments took a lot of time. The club wanted parents to be able to choose a free slot themselves and pay right away.<\/p>\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<p>We developed a booking system for the club&#8217;s website as a WordPress plugin.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ve-arch\">\n<div><strong>Calendar<\/strong>Week selection and free slots for each hall.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Form<\/strong>Booker and child details plus extra services.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Price<\/strong>Hall rental, extra services and discount are calculated instantly.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Payment<\/strong>The booking fee is paid by bank link or card.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Multiple halls:<\/strong> each hall has its own times, prices, age limit and extra information (food, parking).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekly calendar:<\/strong> free slots are highlighted and booked slots can&#8217;t be selected.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extra services and discounts:<\/strong> extra passes, an extra coach and a club member discount, with rules.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clear summary:<\/strong> a booking summary and final price before payment, plus agreement to the rules.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepayment:<\/strong> the booking fee is paid via Estonian bank links or card, and the booking is confirmed after payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobile-friendly:<\/strong> the calendar and form work on small screens too.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Technology<\/h2>\n<p>A custom WordPress plugin (PHP, JavaScript) and a bank link payment integration.
