How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is (registry code ), email info@veebiekspert.ee. Hereinafter “we”.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and enquiry data you enter in a form: name, email, phone, company, website address and message content.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and website usage statistics (via cookies, if you have given consent).

3. What we use the data for

  • To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and perform a contract (legal basis: entering into and performing a contract).
  • To ensure and improve the operation of the website (legitimate interest).
  • To send marketing messages only with your consent.

4. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last communication, and contract-related data for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting documents for 7 years).

5. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email, analytics) who process data according to our instructions. Data is never sold to third parties. If a service provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we use legal safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for the website to function (e.g. ve_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for 6 months). With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) for analytics: the _ga and _ga_* cookies are kept for up to 2 years and help us understand how the website is used. Google Analytics is not loaded before you consent. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings. To be able to demonstrate consent, we keep a record of your choice (an anonymous consent ID, time, selected categories, truncated IP address and browser type) for 2 years.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@veebiekspert.ee. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page.
