The client
LEI System is a GLEIF-accredited LEI registration agent based in Tallinn. The company helps businesses, funds and trusts obtain and manage an LEI code (Legal Entity Identifier) – an international 20-character identifier required, for example, in securities transactions, cross-border payments and bank customer due diligence.
The goal
An LEI buyer is usually in a hurry: the bank or broker needs the code now. The website had to explain a complex regulatory topic simply, build trust and get the customer to an order as quickly as possible – whatever country they come from.
The solution
- A clear path to ordering: registration, renewal and transfer are separate journeys, and 1-, 3- and 5-year plans are easy to compare side by side.
- International: language, region and currency selection and local payment methods from cards to bank links and digital wallets.
- Trust visible immediately: accreditation, LEI codes issued in real time and statistics on the first screen.
- Search: LEI code or company search directly on the website.
- Content for search engines: a blog, a thorough FAQ and industry pages (payments, banking, crypto, KYC/KYB) that bring organic traffic.
- On every device: ordering is easy on both desktop and mobile.
Technology
WordPress and WooCommerce, Stripe payments (including SCA strong authentication), multilingual content and multiple currencies, and automated deployment with Bitbucket Pipelines.
