DWILD – operations software from sales to production

The client

DWILD designs and builds custom saunas. Every sauna is different: its own drawings, materials and production stages. That is why off-the-shelf business software didn’t fit the company’s workflow.

The solution

We developed custom operations software for the company that covers the whole journey from price request and quote to production, delivery and after-sales. The system is connected to production via an API – see the DWILD production app.

• Price requests and quotes: specifications, packages, a price calculator and quote confirmation. Every calculated amount shows how it was derived.
• AI material calculation: elements and dimensions are extracted from the drawing PDF, matched to stock items and the material is reserved for the order.
• Warehouse: stock movements, stocktaking and inventory valuation using FIFO. AI reads delivery notes and invoices from PDFs and matches products to stock items automatically.
• Production planning: calendar, timeline and production stages. The sawyer’s view runs in kiosk mode on an Android tablet in the workshop, and the system flags when actual material use differs from the plan.
• Customer portal and API: customers see the production status of their sauna in real time. Partners get an API and signed webhooks.
• After-sales: complaints with files, costs and a PDF report, plus feedback collection.
• Trade fairs: AI creates a contact from a photo of a business card.
• Team: roles and permissions, absence management (messages are forwarded to the substitute), internal messages and tasks.
• Reports: drafting time, sawing, stock movements, inventory accounting and complaint costs with Excel export.

Technology

Laravel (PHP), React and TypeScript (Ant Design, Redux), QR and barcode reading with the camera, Anthropic Claude API for reading documents, PDF and Excel generation and an Android kiosk app. Deployment is automated with Bitbucket Pipelines.
