DWILD – production app for workshop staff

What is it?

The DWILD production app is a workshop tool. Every sauna goes through several production stages, and workers mark each stage as started and finished directly on a tablet or phone. That way the production status of every sauna is always known.

Features

• Simple login: employee code and PIN – no long passwords in the workshop.
• Workflows and stages: each sauna (SA code) is a workflow made up of processes and steps. Steps can wait for the previous stage to be completed.
• Start, finish, confirm: workers start and finish a step with one tap. A step can be reverted if needed.
• Notes: workers add notes during production and managers mark them as handled.
• Manager overview: a production board with all saunas and stages, drag-and-drop reordering, delivery dates, package dimensions and customer colours.
• Multilingual: stage names in Russian as well.
• Users and roles: production staff, processes, products and customers are manageable and access is role-based.

Connection to other systems

The app has a documented REST API (Swagger) through which the DWILD operations software creates production tasks and reads their status. When a stage changes, the production app sends a notification immediately. The operations software then updates the customer portal and sends webhooks to the customer.
